Arts For All, Omaha, Nebraska - Patriotic Perspective

Photographers, like any other artist, can have unique vision and perspective when it comes to their art.  If you let the world be your canvas, what would your medium be?   How about 9,000 people?  That is what photographer Arthur Mole used to create the Marine Corps Symbol at Parris Island, South Carolina.

Arthur Mole had a collaborator in John Thomas and together they created famous patriotic works of art such as the Statue of Liberty and Human American Eagle.   These famous works can be found the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Library of Congress as well as the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.

Today's Sunday Morning television program showcased these living pictures and further information can be found about these living pictures can be found in this Patriotic Poses article.   The artist's vision and dedication is admirable.

These living pictures are truly a testament to what can be accomplished when creativity is not confined.
